About
“If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. “
-Dale Carnegie
“I put a piece of paper under my pillow, and when I could not sleep I wrote in the dark.”
-Henry David Thoreau
This blog is dedicated to all people who lose sleep at night because of some kind of anxious state. My mission is to create a comfort journal, the Warm Milk Journal, that you can turn to at times when you just can’t sleep.

Hi,
I did read on Problogger your story, and just would like to let you know that people will find you.
I am always awake. Sleep about 5 hours each day. And have no problem with that …. I know it is strange to say, but I like it.
Your blog looks good.
See you ….
